RUGLOPS (Rexx User Group Library of Programs and Scripts) was inherited by Rexx in 2000 from Netcom. (The library was originally called NUGLOPS) When MindSpring/ Earthlink closed the Unix services of Netcom, many of the users came to Rexx, including several of the maintainers of the Library.

The library contains, as the name implies, User supported Programs and Scripts for the Unix platform. It is accessable to all Rexx Unix Shell users in the /pub/ruglops directory.
