08 - J. Hedgpeth and C. Masouredis House

VIEW OF KITCHEN and family room
The addition of kitchen-family room to a nineteen twenties Mission Style house completed its transition to contemporary functionality. The skylight recess balances the light in this room and separates the family room from entry and stair to lower level. The drywall arches and millwork timber framing on ceiling surfaces reduce the scale of this large space to that of the adjoining rooms.
